1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all original tags attached
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page)
  • Gift cards and e-gift certificates
  • Intimate apparel (undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear without hygiene liner)
  • Items that have been altered, customized, or damaged after delivery

2. Return Types and Cost Responsibility

A. Returns Due to Quality Issues or Manufacturing Defects

  • Return Shipping Cost: Covered in full by Dollsskill. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Restocking Fee: None.
  • Process: Contact info@dollsskill.vip with your order number and photos clearly showing the quality issue or defect.

B. Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind / Not as Expected)

  • Return Shipping Cost: To be paid by the customer. A return shipping label can be provided upon request, with the shipping cost deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: None.
  • Condition: Item must meet all eligibility criteria listed in Section 1.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@dollsskill.vip with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].”
  2. Include a brief description of the reason for return and, if applicable, photos of any quality issues.
  3. Our Customer Service team will respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions.
  4. Securely package the item(s) and affix the provided return shipping label.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.

5. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 1-2 business days of delivery to our warehouse.
  • Approval: You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of approval.
  • Refund Posting to Your Account: Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Refund compliance notice: In accordance with federal regulations, any refund issued due to our inability to fulfill an order or due to a shipping delay will be processed within 7 working days-42.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
