1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the Contiguous United States (48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
  • Carrier Partners: We partner with trusted national carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on package dimensions, weight, and delivery destination to ensure optimal delivery performance.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Total Delivery Timeframe: Processing time (1-2 business days) + shipping time (3-5 business days) = 4-7 business days from order placement to delivery.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier‘s website.

5. Shipping Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service disruptions or capacity constraints
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Peak holiday shipping periods

In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email. Pursuant to the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will provide you with a revised shipping estimate and the option to cancel your order for a full refund-42-45.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
